Each film coated tablet contains:
Aceclofenac I.P. 100 mg
Paracetamol I.P. 325 mg
Serratiopeptidase (enteric coated granules) I.P. 15 mg
Serratiopeptidase: Anti-inflammatory, anti-oedemic and fibrinolytic activity and acts rapidly on localized inflammation. It binds to α2-macroglobulin in the blood in a 1:1 ratio. This helps to mask its antigenicity but retains its enzymatic activity. Levels of serratiopeptidase are slowly transferred to the exudates at the site of infection and inflammation and gradually blood levels decline.
Paracetamol: Paracetamol is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and is a para-aminophenol derivative. It is centrally acting analgesic and a potent antipyretic, but devoid of a significant anti-inflammatory effect which could be due to its weak activity on peripheral prostaglandin synthetase.
Aceclofenac: Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is the glycolic acid ester of diclofenac.
Rheumatic pain, muscular pain, neuralgia, backache, postoperative and posttraumatic inflammations, inflammatory edema and swelling.
Hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Blood coagulation abnormalities.
Patient having a history GI ulceration. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal impairment or insufficiency, Patient undergoing treatment with anti-coagulants.
Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and gastric discomforts.
Paracetamol enhances oral anticoagulant activity. Its absorption is increased by metoclopramide and reduced by pethidine and propantheline. Chronic use of alcohol potentiates hepatotoxicity by paracetamol.
As prescribed by the physician.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
